Returns & Exchanges

We offer $10 shipping on all domestic purchases apart from out islands, Amanyara and Northwest Point. Domestic returns for a refund that utilize our return shipping label will incur an additional $10.00 return fee.
Exchanges must be within 7 days of receipt. Items purchased with a discount are non-refundable but can be returned for another item or size.

Email info@provoclothingco.com and make sure the word “Return” is in the title and body of the email.

Shipping

We’re happy to offer $10 domestic shipping apart from out islands, Amanyara and Northwest Point.

Please email info@provoclothingco.com and put the word “Track” in the title and the body of the email along with your Name, TCI Address, and Order Number and we will get back to you. 

There is currently no international shipping.  We will have US and CAN based purchasing and shipping in 2023. If you are interested in this service please email info@provoclothingco.com and use the word “International” in the title and the body of the email.

Products and Stock

Gift cards are available from our store!

The electronic gift card with name and gift card identifier will be delivered to the email input at checkout.

We are restocking four times per year from our warehouse in downtown Los Angeles. If we are out of stock of an item you really want email info@provoclothingco.com with “Notify me when available” in the title and body of the email.

Provo Clothing Co. products are made by hand and machine assist at our own factory in downtown Los Angeles. They are dyed with unique colors and this process is meant to be as environmentally friendly as possible but also represent Caribbean style.

Our cotton and other fabric blends combined with special techniques used in the wash and dye process are used to create a more Caribbean feeling garment.

Damaged And Repairs

If your garment is damaged as a result of product defect, we will replace it.

If your garment is damaged from use, we can suggest a TCI seamstress.

You do have to return it to Turks and Caicos for repair or replacement.

Please email us directly at info@provoclothingco.com with the word “Damage” in the title and the body of the email. Also include a photo of the damaged area of the merchandise and explanation.
